There's a saying in business that guides our philosophy:

"You don't have to know everything in business. You just have to know what you don't know."

You won't find any ego here. We are a small team of consultants who are busy running successful businesses and have a drive to help others achieve the success that we've found. We remain always open to suggestion, ready for change, willing to listen, and we practice humility in what we do. We are lifelong learners. If we don't know the answer to a question you ask, we will find it.

What we can help with:

• Business start-up, including finding great ideas or vetting existing ideas, details and steps to implementating those great ideas once they're found
• Taking your business to the next level, whether that means increasing your products or services, moving or opening new locations, or franchising
• Employee management, recruitment and retention, morale, the culture of your business
• Financial management and cost analysis - where you're spending it and where you can save
• Branding, logo design and naming, graphic design
• Website development, helping search engines find your business
• Facilitating legal agreements, such as leases and partnerships

While there's a number of things that we're great at doing, here's a list of things that we just won't do:

• Large-scale business or project take-over/management. We leave this to the big consulting firms. You go, guys!
• Tell you things are going to be okay when they aren't. If you are going to drive your family into bankruptcy with a hair-brained scheme, we won't give you a motivational meme about how things always work out for the better. Instead, we will tell you why it won't work, and we can help you find a better idea.
• Give you cash-money. We are not an investment firm. We can help you locate funding if that's truly the best idea for your business, but more often than not, it's not.
• Charge you a whole pile of money that you may or may not have. Check out our What We Cost section and we'll explain more.
• Produce for you a big fancy report to sit on your shelf and get dusty. These reports are expensive and usually contain a whole bunch of information that you either don't need or already know. Our reports are simple, concise, and get straight to the point.
